You message us on WhatsApp about the stone you're interested in, we confirm availability, final price, and shipping together, then send you the payment details that suit you. Nothing is charged before every detail is confirmed.

What's your return policy if a gemstone isn't as described?

You have a 7-day window to return it by mail. The customer covers return shipping costs, and the process is coordinated with you over WhatsApp from start to finish.
